The patron saint festivities of Museros 2026, held from August 1 to 18, concluded with a great reception and a very positive balance from the Town Hall.
The Town Hall of Museros has made public a very positive balance of the 2026 patron saint festivities, which took place from August 1 to 18 and once again filled the municipality with activity, tradition, and festive atmosphere. Neighbours and visitors gathered around some of the most anticipated events of the year.
The programming for this edition received an excellent response from the public. For more than two weeks, the municipality hosted musical, sports, children's, bullfighting, and religious proposals, with a format open to all audiences.
The traditional chupinazo, which this year coincided with the costume parade, marked the beginning of days in which the streets of Museros became a stage for gatherings, popular events, and deeply rooted celebrations. The XXVI Bullfighting Week, the Bull Day on August 14, musical shows, children's activities, and events in honour of Saint Roch, the Virgin of the Assumption, and the Immaculate Conception once again demonstrated the strength of traditions that are part of the municipality's identity.
The mayor of Museros and the festival councillor has thanked the involvement of the citizens and highlighted that these festivities:
have once again reflected the spirit of a people who know how to enjoy their traditions and share them with respect, joy, and responsibility. The response obtained in each of the activities encourages us to continue working to offer a diverse and quality programme.
The Town Hall has extended special thanks to the Festers de Sant Roc 2026, the 2026 Bullfighting Commission, the Festeres of the Virgin of August 2025, the Daughters of Mary 2025, as well as the clubs, associations, groups, and entities that collaborated in organising the various events. Their work and dedication have been essential for the success of this edition.
The efforts of the Local Police, Civil Protection, security personnel, health services, municipal staff, collaborating companies, and all those who contributed to ensuring that each activity ran smoothly are also recognised.
The council also values the exemplary behaviour of neighbours and visitors, thanks to which the festivities took place in an atmosphere of respect and harmony. With the conclusion of the 2026 patron saint festivities, Museros bids farewell to an edition that has highlighted the strength of its traditions, the involvement of its associative fabric, and the ability of an entire community to enjoy together its most significant days.
