Data controller

The controller of personal data is Digital de Valencia (digitaldevalencia.es). For any privacy matter you may write to legal@digitaldevalencia.es.

Data we collect

We only process the data you voluntarily provide through our forms (for example, the contact or subscription form).

We also measure visits with our own anonymous system that uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device: it records the page viewed, the referring site and the type of browser, and your IP address is not stored but turned into an encrypted code that changes every day. As it does not allow you to be identified or followed from one day to the next, it does not constitute processing of personal data. Full details in our cookie policy.

Purpose and legal basis

Form data is processed to handle your enquiries, based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and anonymous audience measurement on the basis of our legitimate interest in knowing which content is of interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to legal@digitaldevalencia.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
