Burjassot's Summer Terrace, located at the Auditorium of the Casa de Cultura, will showcase two new films between Wednesday, August 19, and Sunday, August 23. The sessions will start at 10:15 PM in all cases.
The first screening will be Catch the Million, a Franco-Belgian comedy directed by Grégoire Vigneron and starring Claire Chust, Christian Clavier, and Rayane Bensetti. The film tells the story of Stan, an employee who steals a suitcase containing one million euros from his boss's safe just before discovering that he has been granted the promotion he was hoping for. From there, he has only one night to return the money and fix the mess, with the help of a quirky locksmith. It will be screened on Wednesday, August 19, and Thursday, August 20.
From Friday, August 21, to Sunday, August 23, Insidious: Out of the Beyond will arrive, a horror film directed by Jacob Chase. The plot follows Gemma, a young mother raising her daughter in the house where she grew up and discovering that she can travel to The Beyond, the realm of lost souls in the Insidious universe. She soon realizes that not only can she go there, but she can also bring things back, unleashing a demonic threat that turns the real world into a playground.
Tickets are available for a flat price of €4 and can be purchased online or at the box office, which opens 45 minutes before each screening. Residents of Burjassot and the surrounding area thus have an option for outdoor nightlife in August, featuring two distinct genres: comedy and horror.
