Burjassot's Summer Terrace closes its summer programme with a week dedicated to animated films. From Wednesday, August 26 to Sunday, August 30, the venue will screen Tadeo Jones and the Wonderful Lamp, the fourth installment of the saga, in daily sessions at 22:15.
The film, directed by Enrique Gato, follows the adventures of Tadeo and Sara, who are now parents to Olimpia, a two-year-old girl. During a holiday in London, Sara discovers a clue to the wonderful lamp from One Thousand and One Nights, while Mummy, jealous, wishes to travel back in time to regain his youth.
The plot takes the group across the Atlantic, from Peru to Greece, and into the Middle East to Ali Baba's cave. A story designed for the whole family, allowing the little ones to enjoy the escapades of their favourite characters.
Tickets are available for a flat price of 4 euros and can be purchased online or at the box office, which opens 45 minutes before each screening. An opportunity to say goodbye to August with an outdoor leisure proposal in the town of l'Horta Nord.
The Summer Terrace has become a regular event during the summer months, offering cinema for all audiences in an outdoor setting. With this session, the Burjassot City Council concludes the August programme, although it remains to be confirmed whether there will be more activities in September.
