The Valencian town of Cullera kicks off its free summer programme 'Nits d'Estiu a Cullera' this Friday, July 31, featuring musical performances every weekend and children's activities until September.
The Cullera City Council is launching a new edition of 'Nits d'Estiu a Cullera', a cycle of free entertainment that combines music, culture, and outdoor leisure during the months of July and August. The programme, aimed at both locals and visitors, starts this Friday, July 31, and will run until Saturday, August 29.
The musical performances will take place every weekend at 10:00 PM. As a new feature, this year concerts will also be held every Friday at the Faro, in the square of San Vicente Mártir, which joins the usual venue of the cycle in the San Antonio park, where Saturday events will take place.
The Tourism Councillor, Débora Marí, has highlighted that with this proposal, "Cullera reaffirms its commitment to a varied and accessible summer agenda, consolidating the town as an active and attractive destination throughout the summer."
Among the scheduled artists are DJ Rocket (July 31), Mani (August 1), Hoc (August 7), and Angie (August 15), as well as singers Pepa Blasco (August 8), Alejandro Cantante (August 14), Los Angeles de Tico (August 21 and 28), Cristina Vallet (August 29), and Paco Ibáñez (August 22).
Children's activities at two venues
The programme also includes a calendar of free children's activities, designed for little ones and their families to enjoy playful, educational, and participatory proposals outdoors. All activities will start at 8:00 PM and will run from August 1 to September 12.
The children's events will take place in two locations: San Antonio park on Fridays and Faromar square on Saturdays. The agenda includes foam parties, magic shows, craft workshops, water games, participatory games, and theatrical animation.
With this offering, Cullera enhances its tourist appeal and provides leisure alternatives for all audiences during the summer season, at no cost to attendees.
