The Alaquàs Town Council will add five new machines to the fitness room at the Bovalar sports centre, including a cable machine and two LED ellipticals.

The Alaquàs Town Council is moving forward with the renovation of the fitness room at the Bovalar sports centre. In the coming weeks, five new machines will be added, a decision that responds to user requests and the aim of expanding available services.

The main new addition is a multi-station cable machine, which will allow for a wide variety of exercises and muscle groups to be worked on. Additionally, it can be combined with the existing cable machine to perform simultaneous routines.

Also arriving are two LED ellipticals, designed to expand the cardio offerings, and an assisted pull-up machine, which will make this exercise accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. Completing the list is a new set of parallel bars for the functional training area.

The installation work is scheduled for August, so as not to interfere with the final months of the course. With this renovation, the council hopes that the new season will start stronger than ever.

Users of the sports centre will be able to enjoy the new machines starting in September, when regular activities resume.
