The Valencian Generalitat has opened the application period for the Young Rent Voucher, with aid of up to 250 euros per month. Applications can be submitted until 11 September 2026.
Young people from Alaquàs and the rest of the Valencian Community can now apply for the Young Rent Voucher, a grant of up to 250 euros per month to facilitate access to housing. The application period is open until 11 September 2026.
The process is exclusively online, with a digital certificate or Cl@ve, through the electronic headquarters of the Valencian Generalitat. Interested parties must review the required documentation and submit their application before the deadline.
Among the main requirements, applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old (inclusive) at the time of applying for the aid. It is also necessary to have Spanish nationality, nationality from a European Union country, or legal residency in Spain.
Additionally, applicants must hold a rental contract for a primary residence or a room in the Valencian Community and be registered there. The rental price must not exceed the established limits according to the municipality: up to 600-900 euros per month for a complete dwelling or 300-450 euros per month for a room.
Applicants must have a regular source of income and generally not exceed 3 times the IPREM. They also cannot own another property or have a direct family relationship (first or second degree) with the landlord.
This aid aims to facilitate the emancipation of young Valencians and reduce the economic burden of renting today. For more information, interested parties can consult the electronic headquarters of the Valencian Generalitat.
