The Burjassot Town Hall will open registrations for the Cultural Routes, a free programme that explores the history, heritage, and lives of figures such as Estellés and Blasco Ibáñez, on Friday, September 4.
The Burjassot Town Hall has announced the return of its Cultural Routes, a free programme that will take place on weekends from September to December. Registrations will open on Friday, September 4, through the municipal website, and places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The first event will be on Saturday, September 26, with a route dedicated to the history and heritage of the municipality. In October, on Saturdays the 3rd and 24th, visitors will be able to see Los Silos, the most emblematic monument of Burjassot; on October 17, the life of the poet Vicent Andrés Estellés will be explored, and on October 31, the connection of Vicente Blasco Ibáñez with the locality will be highlighted.
In November, there will be more opportunities: on Saturdays the 7th and 21st, visits to Los Silos will be repeated, on November 14, the history and heritage route will take place, and on November 28, the month will close with the Blasco Ibáñez route. Two events remain for December: on Saturday the 12th, Los Silos again, and on Saturday the 19th, the route dedicated to Vicent Andrés Estellés.
All routes are free and are designed to showcase the cultural legacy of the municipality. Registrations can be formalised at carpeta.burjassot.org/rutas, a process that opens on September 4 at 00:00 hours and, according to the council, usually sees high demand.
The programme combines urban walks with visits to heritage sites, offering an opportunity for residents and visitors to discover the history of Burjassot through its streets and monuments. Places are limited, so early registration is recommended.
